The shoes are so pretty and lovely, only thing is that if you have a wide foot your size will be a bit tight on your toes for they are a bit narrow at the toe area so next time I'll size up but overall beautiful!!!

Love them!! They’re adorable and came with free socks. They also came with shoe spacers in case they’re to big. The strawberries are detachable which is cool cause you can customize your shoes that way

Absolutely lovely! They took less than a month to arrive. While there was a mistake in the process, the Heart of Doll team communicated and fixed the issue efficiently. As for the shoes, they are exactly as pictured and are really firm. They were packaged well and carefully protected and came with a couple of little free gifts. The size chart is accurate, but if you like to wear thicker socks or have a wider foot, I'd go a half or 1 size up. These are my dream shoes, and im glad that they are exactly what I imagined. I ✨LOVE✨ these!!! The Glasshouse Satin Mary Jane’s in lavender! They are my NEW FAVOURITE SHOES!!! Significant things I took to notice were:
1. First and foremost, the customer service was
💖OUTSTANDING💖 Whenever I had a question regarding my order, Heart of Doll was 🌸extremely🌸 quick to answering my emails. (I expected a reply after a few days to a week, but NO!) They responded to me within the hour every-time! They are SUCH
🎀sweeties🎀. Every email was respectful, straight to the point, and written with 💗love💗.
2. I ordered on February 4th and they arrived March 7th. Which is not bad considering my location! They definitely arrived at a reasonable time! <3
3. The ✨QUALITY✨ is to 💅DIE FOR💅! Everything was intact! The shoe is velvety lavender. The “glass” is tough and firm, and the flower inside it has not budged at all since I’ve worn them (I’ve run up and down my hallway a few times🤭).
The buckles (as well as the sliding bows) are adjustable and easy to do so!
The 💜BIG💜 bows came in a separate bag and they simply clip on the back of the shoe.
The 🪡 embroidery🪡 of the 🌹rose🌹 and
🌱leaves🌿 on the upper toes are a lovely touch!
The buckles are built 💐florally💐 as well and are beautifully detailed.
Overall, the shoe is sturdy (you can
🏃♀️➡️speedily walk/lightly jog🏃♀️➡️ with them) and are VERY comfortable once broken into. At first my toes curled and one stuck up because of how high the heel actually was, but as I’m walking in them, they’re settling down and sitting comfortably and flat as they should be.
The things that were received in the box was the shoes (obviously, and individually wrapped in their own dust bag), the big bows that clip on the back, as well as stuffing for the toes and cardboard straws to keep the shoes in shape. Adorable little white socks with pink
🍓strawberries🍓 on them and a pink ruffle at the top (not shown in the video or picture). Heel cushions (I don’t actually know what they’re called) that are to protect the back heel from rubbing and rashes. A note with my name handwritten (✅CORRECTLY✅ if I might add😆. Hardly anyone spells my name right, so this meant a deal to me🤗), and a card encouraging to write a review, to tag Heart of Doll in social media posts, and another encouragement that once you’ve submitted a review, that you will receive a cash coupon as an expression of their gratitude😊.

Shoes are comfortable. Better than I expected. Heels are durable and the material is good quality
Really pretty dress! It doesn’t fit as well in the chest area because I have a bigger chest size, but I love the length and material and I also love that it came with the detachable sleeves! It did take about 3 weeks to ship, but I wasn’t too surprised about that.
Turn out really good, shipping took about a month about it’s ok because it said that it would. So I knew what to expect. I wish this shirt had adjustable straps because I have a short torso and it was very low/long. But it super cute and sheer as wanted!

They are absolutely amazing!! I got a 6.5 since they apparently run a little small and they fit perfectly! They’re not uncomfortable at all and they’re really cute! Perfect pair of heels and definitely worth the money. Make sure to size up a half though!

I ordered this in medium in case small was too tight and thought it would fit just fine, turns out i needed a small because the sleeves and the neckline don't fit as prettily as the model. Still the top arrived just fine and it looks like the pictures. It's a really pretty top.

Loved the skirt! I'm embracing my femininity and this brand really gave me amazing pieces! This skirt I really like, but I wish I'd have sized down since it feels a little large on my hip (nothing dramatic! And I'll figure out the sizing better for next time). I also feel like the bow was sown on backwards
So the dress is very pretty and the material feels soft to the touch however I found a couple issues in the lace trip at the top that came a little detached from it's place (but that can happen) and the fact that since I'm quite prosperous in my top part it would have been probably better to size up with the risk to loose the fit to the bottom part.
