The customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. The shoes seem well made, from sturdy materials and are stunning! I do recommend sizing up a tiny bit since I went with the larger end of my usual sizing number and they fit well, plus, they come with free heel pads if the size is too big :) I love the clasps and how easy they are to put on and take off. They sent a sticker to put inside the shoe if the size is too big! I didn't need it, but it's very useful!
this is such a pretty dress. i feel like a whimsical magical girl princess . i bought a petticoat to wear underneath it (one from this site) and it made it so bouncy!!! i love how u can choose whether or not to wear the train, with the train it truly gives princess !!!

I recently did a complete wardrobe change to prepare for spring and decided to add more color to my collection. I decided on this shoe because of its color and design. I’m not used to wearing extremely high heeled shoes so I wanted something that would be a heel but not too much that I can’t walk well lol.

My shoes arrived quite quickly and the design is absolutely beautiful! You can really tell that they were designed with care. So far I’ve been able to wear both shoes out and they match well with the outfits I had planned to wear them with. They are quite comfortable and a lot of my coworkers complemented the design! I’m really in love with the shoes and I definitely plan to get a pair for my sister too!
The shoes I had originally ordered were discontinued, but Heart of Doll was very helpful and offered me some options for changing my order (getting my money back or picking a different pair). The new shoes I picked I'm very happy with, super cute and very comfy! (which is even better). The only thing I would say to watch out for when you order is the ankle strap does not fit well if you have larger ankles, but luckily the ankle strap is removable!
I was very skeptic at first about ordering, because the website didn't seem all that legit, but then I got my pay and I was like, you know what, I'll just get them! They've been on my mind since I first saw them a two months back. ANYWAYS, I COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED. The quality is superb, they're so comfy, I never even knew heels could be comfy!
