Please note that these timeframes do not include processing time, especially for handmade or made-to-order items.

Processing Time
Processing time for made-to-order or handmade pieces can vary depending on the item, typically ranging from 7 to 35 days. We kindly ask for your understanding, as each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

If you’d like an accurate estimation on when your order will ship, please email us a screenshot of your cart before checking out so we can give you a rundown of what to expect on your specific order.

Shipment times exclude national holidays, meaning orders are not fulfilled or shipped on these days.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and serviceable before checking out. If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately after placing your order so we can assist before shipment.
