I actually stumbled on the website accidentally but I’m glad I did. Before deciding on the two pair of shoes I ordered I decided to send an email just to check the sizing since I have really weird feet and often struggle with shoes that fit well and comfortably for me.
The communication from the Heart of Doll Team was impeccable. They were always really kind and answered all my questions just to make sure I would love whatever shoe I decided on.
My shoes arrived quite quickly and the design is absolutely beautiful! You can really tell that they were designed with care. So far I’ve been able to wear both shoes out and they match well with the outfits I had planned to wear them with. They are quite comfortable and a lot of my coworkers complemented the design! I’m really in love with the shoes and I definitely plan to get a pair for my sister too!
