I really like the shoes! Its so adorable and its just like in the picture, the sizing is right and they even gave free leg pad if its alittle larger than expected. Overall 10000/10

These arrived perfectly and packaged so cutely!! I’m usually a US size 8.5 and I purchased 9 just in case the rounded toe would be too small and the 9 is perfect! They’re my first set of platforms and they’re not difficult to walk in at all and honestly pretty comfy. I’m so happy
The perfect shoes to complete my daughters outfit for the Melanie Martinez Trilogy Tour Concert. We ordered the shoes a week before the concert. I was concerned that we would not receive them in time for the concert. I emailed Heart of Doll directly to see if we could do anything to expedite the order. They promptly emailed me back, with a personal message and updated our order to express delivery. By far the best customer service I have experienced.
The first time I bought from this shop I was absolutely blown away by the quality and ended up buying two pairs this time! I wore these to my friend’s wedding and got a lot of compliments and was super comfortable all night! The buckles on the straps are SO convenient and help a ton if you’re wearing something that would make adjusting shoes difficult. 10/10!!!
Looks exactly as described, material feels lovely and hardly cheap at all, however the sizing is definitely a ‘one size fits all’, even with a waist band it takes effort to get over my hips, as a UK medium a bigger selection of sizes would be amazing. Would recommend you buy <3
I didn't expect this shoes to be this comfy. I wore them for like 8 hours and most of them I spend dancing. They are so pretty and got many compliments. The shipping was very fast. I love them and I will for sure order another one from this shop 💗💗
I was skeptical at first especially for the price, but they were the most adorable and comfortable heels I’ve ever worn, the cushioning at the bottom helps your feet and the chunky heel made them super easy to walk in, they were my graduation shoes and had no problems being on them for 3+ hours.

Superaron mis expectativas, son muy bonitos y se ven bien hechos, los materiales se ven y se sienten de buena calidad, los ositos son lindos y detallados; algo que realmente quiero señalar es que la plantilla es muy cómoda y acojinada, al caminar se siente muy confortable. Básicamente los amé, tienen un diseño muy lindo sin dejar de lado la calidad y comodidad, la talla corresponde a la tabla de medidas, incluso la caja es linda y el empaque era rosa 🩷 en general la tienda lo hace muy bien en cuanto a la experiencia de compra, además llegaron muy rápido a pesar de que vivo en una zona relativamente remota.

They are so comfortable to walk in and they feel SOO soft !! >w< Absolutely in love, I’ve worn these for many days so far and they are still as fresh as they were in the box . The design is beautiful and comes exactly like the picture, nothing that seems different visually . Very sturdy as a would say myself, absolutely love walking in these ! The shoes are totally WORTH IT!! They're super comfortable and look just like in the picture. They're literally perfect!!
