This was literally the cutest package I’d ever received with the cutest letter and shoes. The shoes are so adorable and good quality! They’re super soft on the inside, too, so they’re both stylish and comfy. Mine fit perfectly. All the extra goodies thrown in for free were appreciated and loved as well! The perfect shoes to complete my daughters outfit for the Melanie Martinez Trilogy Tour Concert. We ordered the shoes a week before the concert. I was concerned that we would not receive them in time for the concert. I emailed Heart of Doll directly to see if we could do anything to expedite the order. They promptly emailed me back, with a personal message and updated our order to express delivery. By far the best customer service I have experienced.

I love about everything to do with the shoes themselves, including design, but the shoelaces aren’t my favorite. They untie easily due to the material, but they do suit the shoes.
