They are absolutely gorgeous! Well worth the wait. I plan on wearing them on my wedding day in June. They are quite a bit taller than i expected but that is okay! I’ve been walking around my apartment in them and they seem very easy to walk in. They did take about a month to arrive but like I said, worth the wait. If you are thinking about ordering for a specific event make sure to order as far ahead as you can so they arrive in time.
My favorite shoes! I added a padded sticker to yhe back of the heels so theyre more comfortable.
Size runs way to small and my kid is 9 so I got it 9.5 and it fit like if it was 8. Would love to return. Besides that the shoes are amazingly beautiful and unique with great material
Shoes fit great! I highly recommend going half a size higher than your usual heel size, as they tend to fit a little snug otherwise. They’re very well made shoes. I recommend also ordering a month ahead of time if you need them for an event, because they do take about a month to arrive. Very worth it though!!

Us size 8 in black, the shoe's internal is comfortable and well padded💕 external material is soft velvet, but might rip off if you yank it hard enough. The buckle isnt connected in a way you'd expect but so far there are no issues. Overall,

The dress is very elegant and refined looking, it arrived within the next month, so not that long of a wait, and communication with the seller was pretty helpful, they’re very nice and sweet, especially with their packaging. I overall recommend and would consider buying from them again in the future💜.
I absolutely love these heels, comfy to walk in for a while. Only problem I have is the chains, the back ones seem to be missing the little metal hop to keep them in place. It's a fixable problem but it's a bit disappointing.
The sandals are super cute and comfy, unfortunately one of them has a small missprint and a smudge made from that little mistake. Overall I love them.
This skirt is super cute and comfortable. The shorts underneath also match the style of the skirt which I Love! Its also made from an even better quality fabric than I expected so I was very happy. I would definitely recommend
Beautiful shoes; well-made, packaged with a personal touch, really nice. Since the sizing chart is default US, it was confusing and a bit difficult to gage the size, so a little disappointing to not be able to swap to a different size if the shoes don't fit.
Other than that, I hope to be purchasing again.
Ordered these super last minute for an event and they got here right on time!! They are so comfy and helped me survive 4 hours of nonstop movement. The customer service is also very quick to respond and sooo helpful. I’ve been looking at other pairs of shoes from this shop and will definitely be ordering again after this experience

These shoes are SO nice, I’m a size 8.5 and they fit perfectly. They have soft insoles and I can walk around in them for hours without my feet getting sore. Customer service is also super helpful and nice, would recommend!
Order this beautiful dress for my beautiful daughter Sweet 16 birthday. The dress was beautiful in person as it is in the photos. I would order again from this company. And I have to say Heart of Doll customer service was so tea even when our shipping got messed up Heart of Doll supported us and responded in a timely manner to help take care of the situation. They communicated the from the start to finish and we appreciated that.
there customer service and communication skills ARE INCREDIBLE, I ordered my dress a week before my birthday and they had it to me in 2-3 days, try not to be last minute when you order but if you do just know they got you , I also got a BUNCH of compliments on this dress I definitely recommend shopping again.

I love the dress and i love their communication but with this dress you will have to get a petticoat with it to get the same look in the picture i also got a size small due to my waist being 27 the back fitted me very nicely without being scrunched up
