Shipping Timeframes
Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected — either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping — as well as your location and any potential delays with shipping carriers.
Please note that these timeframes do not include processing time, especially for handmade or made-to-order items.

Processing Time
Processing time for made-to-order or handmade pieces can vary depending on the item, typically ranging from 7 to 35 days. We kindly ask for your understanding, as each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

If you’d like an accurate estimation on when your order will ship, please email us a screenshot of your cart before checking out so we can give you a rundown of what to expect on your specific order.

Shipment times exclude national holidays, meaning orders are not fulfilled or shipped on these days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out, or let us know right after purchasing if there's a mistake. Always double check your address before and after placing your order. We cannot redeliver packages once they fail delivery due to an insufficient address. If you enter a neighbors address by accident, you can always check with them or your local post office for the package.
