I’m a first time buyer from Malaysia! It was love at first sight. I just knew i had to get it. But because it was my first time buying a pair of heels, i wasn’t sure of the sizes i should get so i emailed heart of doll inquiring about the accuracy of the sizes to which they responded quickly and they were very patient with the questions i’ve asked^^ I ended up getting my usual size EU39. I have wide feet but it still fits me so nicely! I’m glad i did not size up because it was a little loose when i tried it on without socks. The quality of the heels is worth the wait AND the money. Everything about the heels is just so perfect. If you’re hesitant, don’t!

The boots are so warm and comfortable and they go great with almost every outfit I wear!! They scuff really easily, but can be brushed off most the time. Best pair of boots I have! <3
This dress is so cute it looks like the picture and it was delivered to me very quickly. The skirt is already poofy without a petticoat but if you want it more elevated and more poofy def get a petticoat.

My daughter loved her shoes. They are so cute and light weight. Great quality. But best of all Heart of Doll customer service was absolutely amazing. Just because of that I will make sure to order again in the future. More companies should take notes from their customer service support.
