Please note that orders are subjected to possibly being partially refunded if we are unable to fulfill a part of your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill a certain product(s) in your order at the time it’s placed, we will issue a full refund for those product(s), and then ship the rest of your order out.

For all other items, allow anywhere from 6 to 12 business days for delivery. The gap of time is due to it varying on where you live and the possible current delays with shipping carriers. 

This does not include the processing time or making time (for items that are handmade or made to order). Processing time for made to order or handmade pieces can take anywhere from 7-35 days, it varies on what piece is ordered.

If you’d like an accurate estimation on when your order will ship, please email us a screenshot of your cart before checking out so we can give you a rundown of what to expect on your specific order.

Shipment times exclude national holidays, meaning orders are not fulfilled or shipped on these days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out, or let us know right after purchasing if there's a mistake. Always double check your address before and after placing your order. We cannot redeliver packages once they fail delivery due to an insufficient address. If you enter a neighbors address by accident, you can always check with them or your local post office for the package.
